Literacy is a key when it comes to school success. The popular thought is why present an infant who can read a book? Well exploration of literacy could start at as soon as children are able to hold things in their hands. The exploration of literacy starts withe being able to explore a book orally, holding it and flipping through it even if the book is upside down or backwards. By allowing students to explore we are setting them up for success.
